Frequently asked questions
How do I book an appointment?
Create an account or log in, complete any required payment and biodata, then choose your department, date, and available time.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, until 12 hours before the visit. Open your dashboard, select Reschedule, and pick a new date and time in the same department. The first two changes are free. From the third change, a consultation fee is required. Your previous slot is released as soon as the new time is saved. Inside the last 12 hours, rescheduling is closed so the clinic can prepare — cancel if you cannot attend.
How do I get reminders?
Choose SMS, WhatsApp, email, or all when you book, or later under Alerts. You receive a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
Can I book and see the doctor the same day?
Yes. The hospital allows same-day bookings. Choose today’s date if that clinic still has an open time. Online rescheduling still closes 12 hours before the visit.
What if online payment is not working?
If the government payment service is down, your place is held. Take your hospital PID to the Remita collector desk at Igbobi. The collector can verify and approve your registration or appointment so you can go to clinic, including same-day visits. The collector desk is used only while online payment is unavailable.
How do I cancel?
Use Cancel on the appointment in your dashboard. Please cancel as soon as you know you cannot attend so another patient can use the slot.
How do I join the waiting list?
If the date you want is full, open Waitlist and pick the same clinic calendar as booking: weekdays only, no public holidays, and times inside that clinic’s hours. You will see your number in line (for example, 2 of 6). Number 1 is next. When a slot opens, book from your dashboard or the waiting-list page.
Can I book more than one department?
Yes. You can hold one upcoming appointment per department. Booking a second clinic (for example Spine after GOPD) requires that department’s consultation fee before the new slot is confirmed.
What should I bring?
Arrive earlier than your scheduled time. Bring a valid ID, your appointment reference, and any previous hospital cards or investigation results you have been asked to bring.
